CiDR Technologies Inc., d/b/a Primitive, (“Primitive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an enterprise AI platform that helps businesses reinvent automation through agentic AI. We are committed to protecting your personal data and honoring your privacy rights. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal data from or about you when you access our websites, create an account, use our platform, or use our other services (collectively, the “Services”).
Please also review our Terms of Service, which govern your use of our Services.
Enterprise Customers: If you are accessing our platform under an Enterprise Product License or Platform Services Agreement, that agreement governs the processing of your data. This Privacy Policy applies to website visitors and individual users, not enterprise platform deployments.
2. Data Processing

These Terms and all other legal notices on this Site (e.g., Privacy Policy, Privacy Statement) may change periodically at the sole discretion of Primitive and will become binding immediately upon posting. By accessing or using the Site, you are accepting and agreeing to the Terms below and to any change that may become applicable.
Primitive acts as a data processor on behalf of enterprise customers. When we act as a data processor, we process personal data only as instructed by the customer and in accordance with our Platform Services Agreement and Data Processing Agreement.
Key commitments for enterprise deployments:
- No Data Collection: We do not track, collect, or transmit any personal data from enterprise deployments
- Private Cloud: All data remains within the customer’s infrastructure.
- No Model Training: We never use customer data to train our AI models.
- Data Residency: Customers maintain complete control over their data residency.

3. Information We Collect
By using this Site, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this Agreement. In addition, by creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

- Account Information: Name, email address, company name, and job title when you create an account or request a demo
- Contact Information: Information you provide when contacting us for support or inquiries
- Payment Information: Billing details processed by our third-party payment processors

- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, IP address
- Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, referring URLs
- Cookies: Information collected through cookies and similar technologies
- Geolocation data: Information collected on device location(s)

We may receive information about you from third parties, such as business contact databases, social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn), and our partners.
4. How We Use Your Information

5. We Never Train on Your Data
Primitive will never use any data you provide to us, including any inputs or outputs from using our services, to train our AI models. This applies to all Primitive products and services.
6. How We Disclose Your Information
We may disclose your personal data with:
- Service Providers: Third parties that perform services on our behalf (hosting, analytics, payment processing)
- Business Partners: With your consent, for joint marketing or co-branded services
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights and safety
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
- Your Consent: We may disclose personal data with your consent or at your direction
Disclosure of Non-Personal Data: We may also disclose aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you. When doing so, we publicly commit to maintaining and using the information in an aggregated or de-identified form and not to re-identify the information, unless permitted or required by law.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and others that control collection of personal data use tracking technologies, such as cookies and web beacons, to collect information about you. Cookies are small data files stored on your hard drive or in device memory that help us improve our Services and your experience, see which areas and features of our Services are popular, and count visits. Web beacons (also known as “pixel tags” or “clear GIFs”) are electronic images that we use on our Services and in our emails to help deliver cookies, count visits, and understand usage and campaign effectiveness.

Primitive is headquartered in the United States, and we have operations and service providers in the United States and other countries. Therefore, we and our service providers may transfer your personal data to, or store or access it in, jurisdictions that may not provide levels of data protection that are equivalent to those of your home jurisdiction. We will take steps to ensure that your personal data receives an adequate level of protection in the jurisdictions in which we process it.
Enterprise Customers: With Private Cloud deployment, customer data never leaves the customer’s chosen geographic region.
9. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the security and confidentiality of your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure, and while we are committed to safeguarding your data, we are unable to guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to take steps to protect your personal data, including keeping your account credentials confidential and contacting us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
10. Data Retention
We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
11. Marketing Communications
You can opt out of marketing emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by contacting us at privacy@primitive.com. Please note that even if you opt out of receiving marketing communications, we may still send you messages relating to your transactions with us and our ongoing business relationship.
12. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If we learn we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
